Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Large or custom orders may require additional lead time and we'll contact you if that is the case.

Shipping Methods

• Standard lumber orders ship via freight or LTL carrier depending on size and weight.
• Smaller items (lumber shorts, turning blanks, thin stock, accessories) may ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx ground.
• We'll confirm the shipping method for your order before it leaves our shop.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available at our location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Shipping Damage Inspect all freight deliveries before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours with photos — we'll file the claim and make it right.

Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. For large freight orders, we may contact you with an adjusted shipping quote before processing.
